Fully Furnished, Short-Term One bedroom suites are perfect for students, couples and small families alike. These suites have separate living and sleeping areas, closet space and some come with skylights and porches. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, large microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, saucers, cups, glasses, pots & pans, silverware and utensils are provided. There is ample counter space, cabinets and in most a food preparation island with additional cabinet space. Towels and all bed linens are provided. Bedding consists of either a full or queen-size bed. Different bedding configurations may be available depending on the length of stay and time of year and may be subject to an additional charge. The suite comes with central air conditioning and heat and most have a gas fireplace. Free Satellite TV is included along with premium channels. All utilities are included. Free local telephones are included in the suites. Entry to the suites is by electronic swipe card. Entry to the building is by controlled access entry and there is an elevator. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided free of charge and some suites are Ethernet ready. On-site parking is available for $60 per week or $160 per month. Pets are welcome and there is a one-time pet fee of $75 for weekly rentals or $100 for monthly rentals. A one-time cleaning fee of $75 for weekly rentals or $100 for monthly rentals is applied to all suites at the time of reservation finalization. The building has 24/7 security and guest assistance. Baby beds are available upon request depending upon availability. Most suites come with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combination. One Bedroom suites are mostly located on the second floor of the property.
