Fully Furnished, Short Term Single Rooms are intended for one or two visitors who are on a budget and seeking inexpensive accommodations. Single rooms are about 10' x 12' with a small private bath with shower and closet space. The rooms are bright and comfortable. They come with a full size bed, air conditioner, refrigerator, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, utensils, TV, towels and bed linens. Bed configurations may be changed depending on the length of stay and season and may be subject to an additional charge. All utilities are included. A free local use telephone is provided in all apartments as well as Satellite TV with free premium channels. High speed wireless Internet is provided free and most single rooms come Ethernet ready. Optional on-site parking is available for $60 per week or $160 per month. Pets are welcome and are subject to a one-time pet fee of $75 for weekly rentals or $100 for monthly rentals. A one-time cleaning fee of $50 is charged for single rooms at the time reservations are finalized. Entrance to single rooms are by access controlled building entry and the units are walk-ups. Single rooms are located on the 2'nd through 4'th floors.
